Mold release composites and mold treatments are essential in the composite manufacturing process. Easy to apply and polish - HIGH TEMPERATURE SOLID WAX:

- LIQUID WAX WITH SELF-CLEANER:
Mold release liquid designed to remove wax build-up on synthetic marble and GRP parts.
- MOULD RELEASE:
For use at high temperatures, fast drying, provides a thin layer of release agent on the mold surface allowing multiple releases. - SEALER:
It provides a moisture resistant layer, which seals the surface of the mold before the application of the semi-permanent release agent, avoiding its porosity. - CLEANER:
Soluble mixture to remove wax, oil and other contaminants and clean the mold surface prior to application of release agent and sealer.
They provide an abrasive action that polishes the mold surface.
It is ideal for finishing parts and for the final preparation of molds.
They close and seal the pores of new or reconditioned molds.
Produces a high gloss and a good finish
Formulated without abrasives, they are used for the maintenance of molds, providing a high gloss and increasing the quality of production.
