The specific formulation comprises non-chlorinated and non-halogenated based resins and is fortified with organic and mineral additives.

Pigmented pastes are pigment dispersions in 100% polymerized polyester resin.

The amount of pigment and the absence of plasticizer give the paste a very good resistance to aging.

The use of these pastes is for the coloring of unsaturated polyester resins and of any mixture of filled resins: gel coats, prepregs, compounds, mortars, etc…

Properties

• Low viscosity allowing easy mixing and incorporation.

We have two types of polyester putties depending on their application:

APPLICATION WITH SPATULA:

It consists of two components and is specially designed for the repair of polyester parts.

It can also be manufactured with fiberglass for further reinforcement.

SPRAY GUN APPLICATION:

Sandable polyester filler that can be applied on any type of neutral and dry surface: wood, foam, plastic, plaster, fiberglass laminates, polyester, etc.

It is ideal for the manufacture of models for molds for the GRP industry, obtaining an excellent gloss without porosity.
